I ordered three items for a birthday gift, and it was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours. Now, it's the 13th of December, and I still haven't received my package. The issue? The sender messed up the postcode—put down KT instead of KY—so it’s just bouncing around in London. I’ve reached out to the company, but no one has bothered to reply. No birthday gift for me! I get that mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when no one steps up to help fix it. I have my original order number, and I paid through PayPal, so the address and postcode are correct on my end. Clearly, someone at the company entered the wrong postcode. I had to contact PayPal and open a case since I’ve sent three emails with no response. It seems like the customer is always to blame. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning similar issues with addresses. I entered the right postcode, so what gives?

Update: PayPal didn’t dismiss my case, and the lousy clothing finally showed up. So, get your facts straight, you clueless person! Hope you have a terrible day!

I got two items from SOS Clothing this year and I'm really happy with what I received. The quality is great. I also had to send back one item because I ordered the wrong size, but the exchange process was super simple. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future.

It's been a month and my stuff still hasn't shown up. I've sent a bunch of emails and even tried reaching out on Twitter and Facebook, but no one’s gotten back to me. The tracking info hasn’t changed in weeks. That’s 60 bucks just gone. After all that time emailing for an update, I finally got a response today saying sorry, but there’s no news. Just a big fat nothing. No explanation, no offer to help, just silence.

I really dig the clothes; they fit perfectly every time and are crafted with solid, lasting quality. They look just like the photos too!

No issues at all, thanks! I was a little nervous after placing my order, especially after seeing some of the reviews, but I had no worries when it arrived. The print quality is solid, and the fabric is alright. Sizing is just what I anticipated. It's a pity they've closed up shop since then.

I’d give zero stars if I could. After waiting for my top to show up, I reached out to customer service about two weeks later. The representative I spoke with was quite rude and seemed dismissive, sending me a generic reply that felt automated. When I pushed back, I was told to read the message again because the answer was supposedly in there. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. Apparently, my top was stuck at the local post office, but I never got a delivery card. When I went to pick it up, they said it wasn’t there. I called customer service once more, only to be told it was there, and maybe the post office staff hadn’t looked properly. I requested a refund since the top wouldn’t be ready in time for a party I had planned, but they informed me that refunds aren’t given for items they no longer possess. I’ve never encountered such a dismissive customer service experience with a clothing brand, and none of my concerns were addressed. I won’t be shopping here again.

I got 6 baseball tees (only forked out for 4 because of a 3-for-2 offer). The shirts are light but feel really well-made, sizing is spot on, and the print looks super professional (not that awful stuff that just sits on top) it merges nicely with the fabric. Overall, top-notch quality and fantastic value. The designs are lovely too. I placed my order on a bank holiday weekend and had them delivered within the week (standard shipping). All in all, excellent service and I’d gladly shop here again! Keep it going, folks!

Awesome tees with fantastic designs. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but I get it since there was a bank holiday. The automated responses when I was checking on my order were kinda annoying, but that’s just 'cause I was eager to wear them! I’ve bought before and would definitely do it again, 10/10.

I got a sweatshirt and a t-shirt. Sadly, they sent me the wrong size for the t-shirt, but I sent it back, and they swapped it out and even refunded my return shipping right away. Can’t complain about that! Everyone slips up sometimes, but SOS clothing fixed it right away. Plus, the quality of both my sweatshirt and t-shirt is just fantastic. I’ll definitely shop here again and have even downloaded their app for easy access. Thanks a bunch!

I ordered 4 tops but only got 3, with a quick note saying "to follow" next to one of them. I shot off an email to check if the 4th one is on its way or if it was just overlooked. Instead of a helpful reply, I got an automated message about shipping, which made me a bit annoyed. I might've come off as rude while looking for answers, but their response was just a barrage of insults. So, I'm still in the dark about whether I'm getting that last top or not. All our emails turned into a petty back-and-forth, even after I tried to smooth things over with an apology.

Their replies were just as expected—full of lies and totally off-base, not to mention a bit childish. If they put as much effort into their work as they do into throwing shade, maybe fewer mistakes would happen. Seriously, DO BETTER! It’s not asking too much to get what you’ve paid for; that’s just how buying stuff works. Scams are when sellers, like you, take money and don’t deliver the goods.

The three tops I did receive are decent quality prints, but the sizes run small. Honestly, I wouldn’t shop here again; the clothes don’t meet UK standards, and customer service is basically nonexistent at this point.

I got this Tee for my dad who's really into UFOs, and ever since he spotted my SOS tees, he’s been cracking up with a running joke about 'save a*seholes' every time I wore mine. (Now I can't help but see it that way, and it always gives me a laugh.) He just had surgery, and it was a bit dicey for a while, so when he got out of the hospital, this was waiting for him, and he was over the moon! He absolutely loves it, so big thanks to the SOS team! The delivery was quick, and the product was just what I expected, with a nice quality print too! Cheers!

These items are really well crafted and I dig the colors. The fit was spot on, and they held up nicely after washing. I’m definitely gonna order again!

This shirt is really cool, well done printing, and it fits me perfectly at 6' 2" and 20 stone. The 3XL size is just right, and the price is quite fair. Plus, the shipping was super quick! Keep it up, folks! Unlike those 5% of idiots, I actually check my emails. The responses to some of the one-star reviews are hilarious, and that alone makes me wanna grab more stuff from these guys.
